The CORES Certification recognizes owners and third party providers that have developed a robust commitment, capacity, and competency in providing resident services coordination in affordable housing communities.

Notice: In anticipation of CORES 2.0 coming in 2027, organizations initiating their CORES application by submitting a pre-screen after October 15, 2026, are subject to revised submission requirements and an expedited application submission process.
