This case study, “Which Service-Enriched Properties Have the Best Health Outcomes?”, focuses on the impacts of their health and wellness programs and highlights research Mercy Housing conducted internally to examine how resident services drives resident health outcomes across their portfolio. Properties with better health outcomes had several commonalities: the consistency, tenure and collaboration of staff, their ability to build quality partnerships, and their commitment to fostering community with residents.
