CORES Webinar: Establishing, Formalizing, and Maintaining Successful Partnerships to Support Residents

Powerful programs are often successful because of strong partnerships that support them. This webinar recording focuses on how to identify, vet, and evaluate community partnerships that are resident-centered and impactful.

While frontline resident services staff often provide direct programming and services for residents, resident services staff also rely on external partners to bring in additional resources, trainings, and services - as well as deliver programming directly to residents. It's important these partnerships are mission-aligned, formalized, and scaled to meet the needs of communities.

This session highlights resources to support your partnership development work, including example tools developed by CORES certified organizations Enterprise Community Development and National Housing Trust (NHT). Enterprise Community Development's Partnership Management Guide helps their resident services staff vet, develop and sustain effective community partnerships, while NHT's Partner Checklist is a hands-on tool for staff to vet potential partners & ensure mission-alignment.
