Decatur Housing Authority Resident Services Survey

Provided by the Decatur Housing Authority, the Resident Services Survey is used to assess resident priorities and opportunities. This survey helps determine priorities of residents, justify funding, and guide programming for residents. Residents were given the option to complete the survey via email or hard copy. Both options were anonymous.

 

The Resident Opportunities & Priorities Assessment should be updated at least every 3 years and include the following:

  • Analysis of the aggregated demographics/data available for the residents of the property
  • Direct feedback (e.g. interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.) from the residents
  • Explanation of how the information in the assessment was obtained
  • Analysis showing what was learned
