HDC MidAtlantic has developed performance standards to align with their resident services and outcomes. This document includes the performance standards and goals they have developed, as well as the quality assurance metrics and reporting measures to hold staff accountable to these goals. 

This is intended as a resource for organizations that are developing staff standards and accountability measures to align with their own resident services performance goals.
