HUD published updated Guidance on Virtual Resident Services Coordination in June 2021.

The guidance has been published as an appendix to HUD's Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing Resource Guide and covers four main topics: (1)Ensuring that service coordinators have the technology and equipment to work off-site; (2) Determining what aspects of service coordination can or should be done virtually; (3) Maintaining connection with residents; (4) using technology to engage with residents.
