Integrating Person-Centered Coaching in Resident Services Delivery Models

A growing number of housing organizations and resident services providers have shifted their service and engagement models to be more person-centered. For many, this includes incorporating coaching models to support resident empowerment and self-sufficiency. Coaching models can be implemented in a variety of programs and impact areas, while focusing on mentorship, goal-setting, and empowering residents.

This recorded webinar from June 2024 explores different resident- and family-centered coaching models and peer support opportunities that have been implemented and integrated as part of resident services delivery by two organizations: The Community Builders and Operation Pathways. Participants also learned about EMPath's theory of change and program model that uses a comprehensive approach to promote upward economic mobility by helping families plan, reach, and sustain their personal goals.
