The Massachusetts Association for Community Action (MASSCAP) is a statewide association of 23 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) that works with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and other state agencies to foster economic prosperity for low-income Massachusetts residents. The MASSCAP Training Center offers a number of trainings, resources, and learning opportunities to enhance the ability of community organizations to serve their customers, expand capacity, improve operations, and comply with funder requirements.
