People's Self-Help Housing developed an agreement which outlines team objectives for both property management and resident services staff. Both the property manager and resident services staff person agree to follow the outlined roles/responsibilities, confidentiality protocols, communication protocols, operational expectations, and conflict resolution policies.

This document helps to create expectations for both property management and resident services staff on conflict resolution and other key functions of their roles to support collaboration.
