Provided by People's Self-Help Housing, this Resident Indicators & Analysis Report (RIAR) analyzes the value and/or impact of resident services to determine if services should continue or if they need to be altered to attain the desired goals outlined in the Property Services Plan. This kind of report is a threshold requirement for the CORES Certification. The applicant's RIAR tracks both outputs and outcomes.
