Provided by Virginia Supportive Housing (VSH), this document demonstrates organizational interest in residents priorities and how best to provide quality services given the population.  The Resident Opportunities and Priorities Assessment should include: 

• Analysis of the aggregated demographics/data available for the residents of the property
• Direct feedback (i.e. interviews, focus groups, etc.) from the residents
• Explanation of how the information in the assessment was obtained
• Analysis showing what was learned from the information/feedback gathered
