Provided by Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), this Resident Opportunities & Priorities Assessment is an analysis of the aggregated demographics for residents of the property, including direct feedback from the residents and analysis of what was learned from resident feedback. This is one of the threshold requirements for the CORES Certification.
