Provided by Cornerstone Community Housing, this an example of a Resident Opportunities & Priorities Assessment (ROPA).
A ROPA should include: (1) analysis of the aggregated demographics/data available for the residents of the property, (2) direct feedback (for example in the form of interviews, surveys, focus groups etc.) from the residents, (3) explanation of how the information in the assessment was obtained, and (4) an analysis showing what was learned. This assessment should be updated at least once every three years.
